We believe that our generation can turn the tide on gender discrimination, violence and inequality for good. We hold the key to girls’ futures in a way that no other generation has before.
Our fourth annual ‘Because I am a Girl Ball’ will take place in the 5-Star Shelbourne Hotel on Saturday 21st October to promote girls’ rights and raise funds to end violence and discrimination against girls in the poorest parts of the world.
Get ready for a star-studded evening, including a sparkling drinks reception, three-course meal, fantastic entertainment, live auction and luxury prize raffle, celebrity guest speakers followed by an exclusive after-party. Plan International ambassadors hoping to attend on the night include Amy Huberman, Maria Walsh, Bernard Dunne and Malcolm O’Kelly.
It’s a perfect night to celebrate with colleagues, friends and forward-thinking companies who want to bring about a better world for girls. Proceeds from the night will go towards supporting girls and young women living in the poorest parts of the planet, including ending child marriage and female genital mutilation and keeping girls in school.
