What does sponsoring a child
mean to our sponsors?

VIDEO 3:30 seconds >>

Real sponsors. Real stories.

In June of this year, we brought 5 child sponsors together to tell us what sponsoring meant to them.

Filmed over the course of one weekend, we were brought to tears, we laughed, we listened and we learned that sponsorship changes more than the life of the sponsored child.

Right now, across Ireland, over 6,000 people from all walks of life are sponsoring children with us here at Plan International Ireland.

Child sponsorship connects people across the world to create positive change for all.

When you sponsor a child with Plan International Ireland, you get so much in return. Insights into a child’s life and that of their community. A chance to give back in a unique and meaningful way.

Why not join us today? Change a Child’s Life. Change your Own.

CHOICE

The decision to sponsor is yours, as is when you want to stop or pause. We understand things change.

HOW DOES SPONSORSHIP WORK?

Child sponsorship is an unique way for you to make an immediate and lasting improvement to the lives of the world’s poorest children.

When you sponsor a child, your contribution goes straight to the heart of that child’s community, not just to the child you sponsor. Your sponsorship ensures your sponsored child  has the best chance in life, and that the community around benefits in so many ways.

Sponsorship lets you follow your sponsored child’s progress every step of the way. You can be hands-on with the community and child you sponsor. You’ll write letters, exchange experiences, get regular updates and photographs and even have the opportunity to meet if you so choose.

CHANGE A CHILD’S LIFE. CHANGE YOUR OWN. BECOME A CHILD SPONSOR NOW.
