Having just completed the 250km cycle, we are knackered, but it has been so so worth it! We are really glad to have done this for Plan International Ireland and to see what they do up here in Vietnam. It has been an amazing experience!

I have been really fortunate to be here in Vietnam with Plan International, we cycled for 6 days touring this fantastic country, we have been really well supported by the Plan team, who have been with us the whole time to understand the culture and the support us on the cycle. One of the most important things we have done was to visit all the projects that Plan are supporting here and it is a really humbling experience. The support Plan gives these communities through infrastructure, through water projects, building programmes for teaching support, and what that has done is give children here an opportunity for a good start in life, which they would not otherwise get. This has been an amazing experience for us and would really encourage people to go, to support Plan and experience this wonderful country.
