Geraldine Kelly is a Professional Executive with over 25 years’ experience on growing knowledge-based companies in the software, technology, and energy sectors.

Since 2004, Geraldine has been Director of rXi Ventures, and Chair of the Plan International Ireland Board since 2012. In 2015, she joined Gaeletric as a non-Executive Director.

Following her MA in Economics, Geraldine joined Apple as a Product Configuration Manager before becoming VP of International Sales and Operations at Frame Technology (1991-1994), VP International Operations and Development at Visio Corporation (1994-1997) and then Chief Technology Officer and VP Global Product Development at Thomson Learning until 2003.

Between 2005 and 2013, Geraldine was a non-Executive Director of the Tyndal National Institute, Director of Carbon Solutions at ESB International (2008-2010) and chair of Microfinance Ireland between 2012 and 2015.
