Stacey joined Plan Ireland in November 2018 and is currently working with the Emergencies team. A dedicated Humanitarian she has over 6 years’ experience in the international development and humanitarian sectors and experience working with Government Institutions.

Stacey joined Plan Ireland in November 2018  and is currently working with the Emergencies team. A dedicated Humanitarian she has over 6 years’ experience in the international development and humanitarian sectors and experience working with Government Institutions.

Stacey has a background in programmatic research, especially on Gender Based Violence (GBV), Development Education and Humanitarian policy and programme implementation. Before joining Plan International she worked with Ireland’s Government Aid programme, Irish Aid. Working predominantly on East Africa programmes she travelled to Kenya, Somalia and Burundi.

Stacey has a MSc in Environment and Development from Trinity College Dublin and a BA in English and Geography from NUI Maynooth.

In her spare time she likes long walks, listening to music and travelling
