Who are Plan International?

Plan International is a development and humanitarian organisation striving for children's rights and equality for girls.

Founded in 1937, Plan International is a development and humanitarian organisation that advances children’s rights and equality for girls.

We strive for a just world, working together with children, young people, our supporters and partners.

Not for profit, independent and inclusive of all faiths and cultures, we have only one agenda: to improve the lives of children, and girls in particular.

At the core of our work is a focus on girls’ education. Our aim is for girls to learn, lead, decide, and thrive in all aspects of their lives.
